Make flock safety the norm, not the exception
Filaha Flock protects Algerian poultry houses with a box that detects danger and calls the farmer, without internet. The product works. The team is in place. What is missing to go from a handful of farms to a few thousand is partners — commercial, institutional and financial.
What is already done, and what is not
Where we areThe product exists
A working box on a real cellular network, and a published app in Arabic, French and English.
The need is measured
A field survey of 13 farmers: 84.6% have already lost birds to disease.
The project is mentored
Selected for Cohort 1 of the Algerian Agripreneurs cycle (InnovAgro), implemented by GIZ, with a dedicated coach and mentor.
The team is complete
Software engineering, poultry field experience and agronomy, in one team of three.
Plainly
We are not deployed at scale yet. First pilots on commercial farms are the step in progress, and that is exactly where a partner changes the pace: an integrator, a veterinary network or a cooperative puts us in front of dozens of farms in one conversation, where we reach them one at a time.

Invest
A market that is fully addressable thanks to SMS, a product already built, and a model that combines hardware with recurring revenue.
The market
commercial poultry farms in Algeria
poultry houses, around 2.5 per farm
addressable: SMS requires no internet connection
Sector-level orders of magnitude, to be refined against ONS data. Our ten-year target is roughly 2,000 farms, or close to 5,000 houses.
The model
Hardware
One box per house, paid once, installed by our team.
Subscription
A monthly fee per house, covering the SMS traffic and the service.
The "alarm" model
A one-off installation that earns recurring revenue for as long as the building is in production.
Public prices are on the home page. Production costs, margins, break-even and funding requirements are detailed in the file we send on request — they are not published here.
